Measurement & Analytics
Knowing what happened and why. Tracking set up properly, the few numbers that matter, and reporting in language you do not need translated.
Booking — Q4 2026
↘ Sounds like you
Someone asks how marketing is going and you genuinely do not know.
Your reports are full of numbers that never connect to money.
Something is working. You could not tell me which thing.
What it is
Measurement is knowing what happened and why. It means tracking installed correctly, agreeing the handful of numbers that actually reflect your business, and getting a read on them regularly in plain English.
Why it matters
It is what makes everything else accountable. Paid promotion cannot be improved without it. Digital work cannot be prioritised without it. And strategy cannot be checked without it — you would never find out whether the plan was right. It is the difference between spending with confidence and spending with hope.
What good enables
Cutting what is not working early, before it costs you a season. Putting more behind what is. And being able to answer the question “is this working?” in a single sentence, with something behind it.
↘ What's included
01
Analytics setup
The basics installed and configured properly, once, so the data can be trusted.
02
Conversion tracking
Knowing which enquiries, calls and sales came from where.
03
Reporting
A short monthly read on what happened — not a dashboard you have to interpret yourself.
04
Performance reviews
Sitting down with the numbers and deciding what actually changes.
How it works
A typical engagement
First fortnight
Set it up
Analytics, conversion tracking and goals configured properly. Most measurement problems are not laziness — nobody ever set it up correctly in the first place.
Ongoing
Watch it
Keeping an eye on what is moving and flagging anything odd early, while it is still cheap to fix.
Monthly
Report
One page: what happened, what it cost, what came back, and what we are changing.
